Downtown: plexes and older houses
Around the cathedral and the train station, the housing stock looks like a Montreal neighbourhood: duplexes, triplexes, small buildings and older houses with character. For a plex, the logic is that of our income property guide: every unit documented separately, coordination with tenants, multi-unit package. The plex buyer in Saint-Jérôme is often an investor comparing returns with Laval and Montreal; the photos must answer their questions, not only please.

Bellefeuille, Lafontaine, Saint-Antoine: the family neighbourhoods
The former villages, now annexed, form neighbourhoods of bungalows, cottages and split-levels, often on larger lots than in Blainville or Boisbriand. The buyer is a family coming from the North Shore or Montreal for the space. The countryside and resort areas
Towards the north and west, properties on large lots, cottages turned primary residences, houses on a lake or a river. Here the aerial photo is the first image: size, woods, body of water, clearance. The view is photographed from the deck and through the windows, in HDR. And the season matters more than elsewhere: a wooded lot is photographed before the snow if the listing is planned for winter. The recent developments
Along Highway 15 and towards Mirabel, neighbourhoods built since 2000: cottages of 1,800 to 3,000 sq ft, garages, fenced yards. The session looks like the North Shore suburbs: kitchen, yard, basement, garage, drone for the neighbourhood.
The drone in Saint-Jérôme
Saint-Jérôme lies outside Mirabel's controlled airspace in most areas, with a check for the southernmost zones.
